Bus 2 Show
Bus to Show was conceived several years in the future, when we were approached by people who had lost loved ones to impaired driving incidents. Communicating with our younger selves (2007) through inter-temporal-telepathy, we founded a community integrated nonprofit and got a fleet of school buses on the road to safely transport people to and from events (primarily concerts). By getting everyone on a bus, we prevent impaired driving, preserving both the driver and anyone else on the road who had been affected in a different timeline. Bus to Show is, at its core, designed to save lives by being the most accessible and fun option on the road. Why drive when you could enjoy the freedom of being driven while hanging out with friends?
At the same time, Bus to Show works to reduce the amount of fuel consumption that results from events, which, in turn, saves the future planet for the people who will now be staying alive to enjoy it. Each bus in our fleet saves ~500 gallons of fuel every season.
Through our work, we’re dedicated to supporting art in our community as well, so that the future is green, alive, and full of beauty.
